Our History

60 YEARS
OF EXPERIENCE

We are a family spanning three generations, dedicated to growing citrus fruit—primarily oranges and mandarins—in Valencia’s traditional market gardens. Our story began more than 60 years ago, in 1957, when our grandfather Gabriel, aged 35, decided to resume growing oranges and mandarins on land inherited from the family of his wife, our grandmother Guillermina.Together, they embarked on this new venture with great dedication and care, enabling it to continue to this day. They passed on to subsequent generations the same values of hard work, knowledge and attention to detail that farming requires to produce fruit of the highest quality.

TRADITION, DEDICATION AND QUALITY

All of this reflects a tradition inherited from our grandfather Gabriel, who continued visiting his beloved orchards until the very end, walking among the trees and recharging his batteries.

This love of the land, passed down from generation to generation, enables us to guarantee a quality product grown with all the care and attention it deserves.

FROM TREE TO TABLE

That is why we always pick our fruit as orders come in. This allows us to select each piece at its ideal stage of ripeness, ensuring the unmistakable sweetness of truly exceptional seasonal fruit.

Our oranges, mandarins and lemons are delivered just as they are picked from the tree, without cold storage, waxing or artificial ripening—just a 100% natural, high-quality product.

WE EXPORT TO GERMANY

We have always focused on the Spanish mainland market, but in 2017 we began exploring the German market in the Cologne region. Following the positive response from our customers, we decided to expand our service to the rest of the country.

WE BELIEVE IN REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE

Although we have practised sustainable farming in harmony with nature for generations, in 2022 we also began planting new trees in new fields to take our commitment to regenerative agriculture even further. This means continuing to develop practical cultivation methods that place soil health, its needs and the metabolic activity of plants at the heart of every farming process. In doing so, we can avoid pesticides and other chemical fertilisers. This is the foundation of fertile soil—and the key to consistent yields and the highest-quality harvests.

THE GERMAN PRESS TALKS ABOUT US

2020 was a very exciting year for us. An article in the regional newspaper for the Olpe district helped us expand our customer base across North Rhine-Westphalia. People from many other regions also discovered us, and many of them have since become regular customers.
