FROM THE TREE TO THE TABLE
As soon as the purchase process is completed, the order is entered into our system. The orders are collected over the week and the fruit is harvested at the weekend and shipped on Mondays so that it reaches you by Friday or Saturday at the latest with the greatest possible freshness. If we are unable to harvest one day due to the weather, we will of course contact you immediately.
100% NATURAL
Our oranges, mandarins and lemons are 100% naturally ripened on the tree, not in cold stores or through chemical products. Nor are they waxed to preserve them longer and achieve that characteristic color of many oranges, which are attractive to the eye but lack flavor.
SHIPPING COSTS
At Valencitrus we cover the shipping costs for all our products, regardless of the order quantity.
PAYMENT METHODS
It is possible to pay with any European bank card; Mastercard, Visa… as well as payments via Paypal or bank transfer. Of course with 100% security and privacy, since we do not store the data.
DELIVERY TIMES AND SERVICE
The delivery time is 4 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. The package will be delivered to the address specified in the order after prior notice. If no one is able to accept the package at the time of delivery, it will be deposited at the nearest Service Point. We only work with reputable logistics companies.
PACKAGING AND PRESERVATION METHOD
The products are delivered in a special carton format for the international transport of citrus fruits. With the 20 kg formats, the fruit is divided into 2 cartons of 10 kg each and shipped with an outer carton.
The preservation of our oranges, mandarins and lemons is very simple, even if they have not been preserved with chemicals or in cold storage. It is enough to take them out of the packaging and store them in a cool place. This way they will be fine for 2-3 weeks. tIt is possible that some pieces will be damaged on the shipping way. As it is a natural product, some citrus fruits may spoil during transport, which could not be foreseen at the time of harvest from the tree. This is normal for natural and untreated fruit and is a sign of quality.
